Our one-of-a-kind water features start at $1,500 for a bubbling boulder or a spilling urn. Ponds start at $2,900 while our pondless waterfalls start at $2,500.

Question: How much maintenance is involved with a water feature?

Answer: 

Anytime you have a water feature, you are going to have some type of maintenance…don't let anybody tell you differently. However, there are water features that require far less maintenance than others. A pond could take 15-20 minutes per week of maintenance, but most people enjoy this stress-free time with their pond and do not even see it as work. For those people who want minimal maintenance, we would suggest a pondless waterfall. A pondless waterfall is very easy to care for and requires minimal upkeep. Finally, for the person who wants virtually no maintenance, we would recommend a Pondscapes small water feature (such as an urn or bubbling rock). The maintenance on an urn or bubbling rock can be managed by a young child. For those people who want a water feature but want absolutely no maintenance, Pondscapes offers several maintenance plans.

Question: What do I do with my water feature in the winter?

Answer: 

Pondscapes ponds and pondless waterfalls are all built to run year round. As a matter of fact, we encourage people to run them for a few reasons: some of the best views of your stream occur in the winter months, tons of wildlife flock to your water feature in the winter, and why not enjoy it year round?

Question: How do I get started?

Answer: 

First, simply call or email us. After we have discussed your needs, we will mail you some useful information about water features. You will also receive a DVD showcasing our style of work. The DVD will give you ideas for what you want us to create for your home or business. 

Next, we will schedule an appointment for a designer to come to your house for a consultation. The designer will work with you to create a one of a kind water feature for your yard that fits your space and budget. All questions will be answered and you will even be given a price for the project and a starting time for the construction of the water feature. Pondscapes does have a $50 design fee, but the $50 will go towards the purchase of your new water feature if you use our services. If you simply want a free estimate, we give those over the phone. Realize, however, that an estimate covers no design aspects. 

At certain times of the year we could be booked up over a month out because of the demand for Pondscapes water features. We understand that you are anxious to get your water feature started, but we appreciate your patience while awaiting the project's start-date. Remember, there is a reason we are booked out so far in advance.
